Nestlé’s initiatives will expand the number of apprenticeships from 20 to 136 across all U.S. operations by the end of 2017. Details of these programs include:
- Nestlé Apprenticeships offer an up to four-year program that combines on-the-job and coursework-based training to develop critical manufacturing skills.
- Current Apprenticeship programs include: Electrical and Control Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics and other manufacturing and technology roles.
- Anyone is eligible for these great opportunities. The program is structured to take candidates with varying levels of understanding about mechanics and manufacturing and make them an expert in up to 4 years.
