Candidate must be flexible to work full time 9 and 1/2 hour shift. The start time is between the hours of 11 am and 12 pm working until the work is complete. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, five days on and two days off. Flexible with schedule and hours as needed.

The Route Sales Delivery Driver’s-Non CDL function is to effectively deliver and service or products to commercial and residential customers. The primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact between our customers and our company. This is a great entry level delivery opportunity for a customer centric delivery professional to join our Nestle family where you’d have the opportunity to both deliver and market our popular products to commercial and residential customers while providing exceptional customer service.
This Route Sales Delivery Driver, NON CDL, Level One role will be focused on providing service to consumers seeking a more flexible delivery alternative. Customers seeking one time deliveries, any size orders, and expanded delivery options (to include Saturday service requests) with additional service communications that offer selected delivery windows.

Schedule/ Hours Required:
Interested candidates must be willing to work a variable 8.5 hour shift Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm (strict requirement). Shifts range from 8am to 5pm, 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm.
Accountabilities and duties:
-Deliver correct product, in the right amount to all customers at the scheduled delivery times and days
-Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts
-Anticipate customer needs to maintain proper customer inventories
-Respond promptly to all special service requests and needs
-Act courteously, kindly, friendly and safely at all times
-Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
-Complete DOT required documentation daily
– Follow defined safe work practices
-Take ownership of personal safety, and that of co-workers and the public
-Support the team with decisions and help when needed
-Communicate and actively participate within the team
-Problem solve and manage conflict within the team
•Performance is measured through both quantitative and qualitative scorecards.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
·Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, an average 140 vs per day, with or without a reasonable accommodation
·Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 20-30 vs per day
